CC still skips emails sends

We pay for leads to come from Facebook. The are then zapped to CC and many times, god only knows, they do not get emails in automation. Even though they have been successfully added to our lists. Will it ever be steady? My guess is no!

I'm very sorry your autoresponder isn't sending as it should. I can understand how you want to engage with your new contacts right away by using this feature. We want to look into this further for you to see what could be causing the contacts to not received your automated emails. Can you email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the Autoresponder series the contacts should be receiving,and any contacts that have come through as a lead but has not started to receive the series. Thank you very much in advance!

I have not ever received any accepted solutions from CC  just  a free month of service to make amends . .
