Second, it's nearly impossible to cancel an online contract (nearly unheard of in 2017)... yet, they will continue to bleed you dry of your /month until you call in and request cancelation... WARNING IT REQUIRES MINIMUM 30 MINUTES of your personal time. This horrible inconvenience alone should chide you away from ever considering a CC membership..... look away - and look toward free/cheap sites such as or

For your account security, we do require call into our Billing department to cancel it allows us to collect valuable feedback about our product. Sorry for any wait you may have experienced for get in touch with our Billing Support, but they are the best equipped to handle these requests.

YUP. And when you finally get a hold of someone there to cancel your account, they stop charging you, momentarily. And then decide to start charging you again, months later after you think it has been resolved. Good luck. I'm going straight to my bank to dispute all their charges.

For account security, we are not able to discuss any account-related charges or billing in the Community, but if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your account, our Billing team will gladly assist you. I signed our start up company up, and they put us on hold 1 day after we sent our first emails out because they had 11 spam email reports from the 9000 emails we sent out. Are you kidding me?
What a complete waste of time.
Worse, they said my account was on hold, I could not send any other emails but they would continue to charge my card for the service. What a bunch of scammers..........SEEK ANOTHER SOURCE.
I apologize this has happened with your account! We always want our users to have both the best experience in our system, but also with sending to their contacts. With that being said, we do take spam reports very seriously. These kinds of hold are however put in place by our Account Review Department. In fact, I can see you have already spoken with this team directly. For your account security, if you have any further questions we suggest calling back into our Account Review department. One of these support agents can help find the answers you may need.
