IT'S BEEN WEEKS SINCE I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SEND OUT A PROGRAM GUIDE VIA LOSS OF CONTACT. MY WEBMASTER HAS TO DO IT FOR ME. WE BOTH USE THE SAME SIGN-IN BUT MY CONTACT IS LOST. YOU DON'T SEEM TO GIVE A **bleep** JUDGING BY YOUR NON-RESPONSE. WE ARE SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER LIST SERVE.
I'm sorry to hear you are still having this experience. Were you able to see our response on your previous post here in the Community? If not, I would be happy to share that response here as well. Your account is marked in our system as one that logins through a third-party website. This lets us know you signed-up and created your account through a website other than Constant Contact. Because of this I would suggest reaching out to this third-party website directly as they can further assist with your ability with logging into your account.
