Due to an issue with YouTube, inserting videos in your emails is showing an error. Until they are able to resolve this issue, we recommend using a different video hosting service. We will continue to monitor this outage and update you as we have more information.

Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.
If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If this is the customization that you are referring to, call our support line and one of our support representatives will be able to assist you with this.
If you need further customization of the footer, our custom services team can work with you to make a custom footer. This is not a free service and costs $99. If this is something you are interested in please let us know and I would be happy to have our custom services team get in touch with you regarding this.

I apologize about that. I just went ahead and re-did the steps to remove the logo from the footer of your emails. I also took a look in your account itself and it appears as though the logo is now gone. It should not re-appear on any future campaigns that you create. Could you please log out and back in and let us know if you still see the footer in newly created campaigns? If so, I'll open a ticket to get this looked into further for you. Thank you!

I have already written this via the resource center, my case number is 18427238. Although the live chat is now available for me as of now because I am an International Client (Paid) in IST zone. Can you help me by suggesting which other faster process I can opt to get the constant contact logo removed from my footer.
Thank you for posting here! I just took a look at your account and I found that this morning one of our support representatives was able to remove the logo from the footer of your emails. Chat or a phone call are normally the fastest options for support, along with our Twitter support handle @CTCTHelp, but they are only available during our business hours.
