I took a look at your account and saw that you also emailed in to our support team about this issue. In your latest reply yo mentioned that it works in Safari, but not in Chrome. This could be caused by an extension or plugin within your Chrome browser. Using an Incognito window can help to temporarily disable these items in a new window. To open an Incognito Window you can use CTRL + Shift + N (Command on a Mac). If using this window helps you can view your extensions and plugins in Chrome and start disabling them one by one to find which one is the cause.
