I am sorry to hear the file is not saving properly. I tried to replicate this in your account but was unable to do so. It downloaded as a .jpg and as a .png for me. Are you experiencing this issue on multiple campaigns? If you could email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the name (or names) of the campaign(s) you are experiencing this on, the name of the browser you are using, your username, and a reference to this post we can take a closer look.
