Having a hard time finding your phone number it is not easily found when logged into your website. When I try calling, long wait time, can't get a hold of someone quickly. Not happy with overall service. Automated person doesn't help the situation! I don't want to use your email support/FAQ. Want to speak to a real person!
Hello @VeneetB6. I apologize that you had difficulty locating our Support phone number and for any wait you had to experience. All of our Support hours and phone numbers can be found here and you can also find them by clicking the Help (question mark) icon in the top right corner of your account.
Did you get the assistance that you needed when you tried to call in? I know that you would like to speak with a representative but we would like to offer our assistance as well here in the Community. You can post on our Support boards and you can get answers from either a fellow Constant Contact customer or one of our Support representatives.
