I logged into CC this morning to find that I can no longer see a recipient's tags when looking through an email's bounce lists. Is this a feature that is going to be added back in? I need to be able to see a customer's tags to know what to do about bounces.
At this time, the tags are not available from the new report screen. We are tracking requests for this feature to be added back into the report. I have put your account on the list requesting Tags to be added back into the report details.
For now, the current work around is to add the bounced contacts to a temporary list and then validate the tags from the Contacts Tab.
