Can't use customing reporting feature

"There was an unexpected error while processing this page." Every single time I try to create a custom report.. I've tried multiple browsers - no luck.

I am sorry to hear that you are running into that error when you try to run a custom report. This is absolutely something that we would be happy to assist with! Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your account username, the name of the campaign you are trying to pull a custom report from and the information that you want included on that report.
