I signed up with Constant Contact to check out its features, and have discovered its not what I was looking for. I understand from the other comments that I do not have to cancel my trial-it’ll just end, however, I have had someone from CC try and contact me several times. I’ve only answered twice, but was at work and couldn’t talk. I had to cut him off both times and let him know it wasn’t a good time. I have since then had several missed calls (during my hours at work) that I have missed. If someone could get me off the call list I’d appreciate it! I hate that someone is taking the time to call just for me to not answer.
I can appreciate that Constant Contact might not be what you were looking for and I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had with one of our agents. That is not what we want.
