unsubscribe from constant contact

i cant find any option to unsubscribe from the CC services. I dont use it at all. Please guide

If you could send us your username via email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with a reference to this post, we can submit a case to our Billing department to process the cancellation. This request can take up to 24 business hours to process. It is possible that Billing might need to reach out to you to review the request so we ask you confirm that your contact information is correct in your account. If you require faster assistance or have questions about your billing, please call our Billing team as we are not able to discuss account billing here in the Community. Thank you

Hi @user24984. I'm sorry that you did not receive an email but I see that your account is now cancelled as requested. If you have further questions, please call the Billing team directly as we cannot discuss billing here in the Community.
