Hello @GCR. If you were to cancel your account, you would be able to view your reporting and contacts and also send out any final campaigns from the account up until your cancellation date. After that point, you will be able to log into the account for 90 days but not be able to access any reporting or contacts unless you reactivate the account. I see that you were able to speak with our Billing department and I hope that they were able to assist you.
