I'm sorry you've been having trouble unscheduling that email. Here is an FAQ/Tutorial that shows you how to cancel/stop an email from going out, it includes directions for how to stop Event emails, Survey emails, and regular Email Campaigns. If you are still having issues unscheduling, try using another Internet browser to see if it will work there. Let us know if it still persists and we can troubleshoot further.
