When I click the Copy button on the pulldown menu, I am taken to a blank screen with just the header, no email, no way to edit it. I have tried this in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with the same results. Changing setting settings Chrome with regards to popups and such (since it reads CC as not secure) had no effect either. Please advise.

I'm sorry you are running into problems copying your emails. I have taken a look at the account and it doesn't appear that I am running into the same problem. If you could send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the email you are trying to copy, a screenshot if possible and a reference to this post and we will certainly take a deeper look into this.
