I have been trying to reach you for over a week. I am waiting for 20+ minutes on hold and either give or get disconnected. This is frustrating and unfair as I cannot suspend the account without continuing to do this. Can someone call me or can you please add a call back service. Where do I go from here?
I'm very sorry for our long hold times, we have been experiencing larger than normal call volume after the holiday. Unfortunately, because it is a billing issue, it does require calling our Billing Department. You can reach them at this number, and our hours are listed there too.
