I have talked with a rep and my account was supposed to be unsuspended over a week ago. I am still waiting. Please call me to let me know when I can expect this to be fixed. My account was to be down graded to the original account i use to have. Renee' Ainlay Nicholas Bentall
Hello @NicholasB3, we are sorry if you were not made aware of the UN-suspend feature found under the My account link. After selecting the My account link and if you have access to see the UN-suspend my account button will allow for you to clear up any balances owed or change any account type you would like to continue with.
To access this please click on the person icon found at the top right after being logged in.
Select My account
Unsuspend My Account button
