Change the credit card number was Failed

We experienced difficulties when changing the credit card number of the payment method. We have tried to follow the steps that have been informed but the status remains FAILED.

Any others idea how we can change the method payment (change the credit card number please)

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with changing your payment method; however, in order to discuss billing for your account, you'll need to contact our Billing Support directly. The billing department is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST. You can find Billing department contact information here. We will be glad to look into this for you.
