Charged twice in one month?

I don't understand why I was charged on Dec. 6 and also Dec. 23--did I miss a month? You have had a credit card for some time. What's up?

I can completely understand how important it is to be charged the correct amount for your account. I apologize for any confusion these charges may have caused. However for your account security we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community. We do however have this article in our Help Center that goes over the most common reason for being charged twice in one month. If you have any further questions, please call in to our Billing Department directly.
