Hello, I am not getting the customer information on my unique click thru's. Is there something I am missing?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I'm so sorry this has happened with your click reports. Our engineers are currently looking into this experience you have described. Because of this I have added you to a queue to be notified when it is resolved. I also would suggest taking a look at our Status Page for any further updates. Unfortunately we do not have a way to recover this click information, but it also will not affect any new or copied emails moving forward. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime.
