It seems like the number of clicks on my email compaign reports is less than what google anlytics says. And bizarrely, I notices that couple of my newsletters clicks are the same people and on the list even their clicking order are the same everytime, which made me wondering if the report is accurate?
Does anyone know why this happens? Please could anyone kindly advice if there is a way to adjust the settings so the figures make more sense?
Hello @AllenM0. Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm sorry that the click reporting is not reflecting the same way it does with Google Analytics. We have seen some instances of the click reporting in your account not being accurate when Google Analytics is used. Your Google Analytics reporting is going to be the most accurate in this case.
Also, when it comes to the clicking order you are seeing in your reporting, this is most likely caused by a contact's security program testing your email's links when it is received. We are not able to control these types of clicks as it is up to the security program how the email is scanned before arriving in the inbox.
