It appears that our email newsletters are not generating a "open" when viewed on an iPhone. This was also true when tested on an iPad.
What is curious is that it is not just "viewing" that didn't create a click. When the tester clicked and watched a video link from the iPad this also did not register as them having opened the newsletter link.
What is causing this and is there any work-arounds? Is this a problem specific to Apple devices or is it true of other mobile phones or devices too?
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with reporting data not populating when you click/open emails on those devices. I have taken a look on my side and we are not currently experiencing any issues that would account for this. In this case I would like to look into the actual email campaign to see what may be going on.
