We send one email a day to a large subscriber list. It's useful to be able to compare open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe rates quickly, in one place. We don't see how to do this, any more, in the new view. Also, what's the refresh rate on the performance figures?
Hello @CyberWireEditors. You are still able to do this with our new user experience. After clicking on "Reporting" in the top navigation bar, you can see up to 50 of your most recently sent emails. In this view, you can view the open, click, bounce and unsubscribe rates for each campaign thaty you have sent out.
From this page,you can also compare up to five campaigns and view your stats in a graph form. In response to your question about the refresh rate for the reporting figures, they do update periodically throughout the day but you can manually refresh the stats by opening the email details and clicking on the refresh button

Thanks, but we’re still really not liking the new user experience.
Refreshing doesn’t appear to update the stats, and in any case it’s far more cumbersome to do so than it was formerly. We’re also missing the cumulative statistics for opens, etc., both total and for the last 90 days. And 50 emails isn’t enough for comparative purposes—we send daily, so this amounts to just two months. The colors in the campaign overview graph are also difficult to distinguish. The 90-day takeaways in the Reporting view aren’t helpful--subject lines for us are news driven, and it's not particularly interesting to see whether people are reading on a mobile or desktop device. Can the different views be tailored? (It appears they cannot.)
It might be helpful if you pointed out some of the benefits of the new UX—we’re just not seeing them.
