Hi! We noticed that there is a prompt on a problem on payment processing. May we clarify regarding the nature of update needed? We already updated but prompt remains. Thank you.

I can definitely understand how important it is for the billing on your account to reflect correctly.  I took a peek at your account and can see the notification you are describing. I apologize for your account security I am unable to go into any billing details here in the Community. Please call in to our Billing Department instead, our support can help look into this further with you.
