There are ongoing issues with uploading CSV or XLSX files. I format the files. I save them - resave them. The same error message over and over again. It's gotten to a point where if this issue does not resolve I will move to another e-mail platform. This is a shame as Jerico has been a loyal customer for years.
I can understand how important it is to upload your contacts! I apologize for the experience you're having with this file. What error message are you seeing? Are you having this same experience in a different browser or even a private/incognito window? I have taken a look at your account and can see two files of contacts have been uploaded. Are you still in need of assistance?
