I have used PayPal buttons in our website for years. I find them incredibly useful.
I have created emails to our 5,000+ contacts for years and I am very happy (but not perfectly--biggest objection is that text characteristics are lost when cutting and pasting--a big time waster!).
Now I want to insert a PayPal button in a CC email I am preparing, and I have wasted much time with nothing to show for it. In spite of text that says it is an "easy 2-step process" that is NOT true--pure BS.
Does anyone have "how to" instructions so I can see what I need to do differently?
And I don't want to use a link to a website page--I want a button directly in the email.
I took a look at your account and it looks like you are still using our Second Generation Editor. I also noticed that you have your editor set for basic editing, not advanced editing. When you are in the editor working on a campaign, if you look up in the upper right corner of the editor screen you will see a toggle switch to change between "Basic" and "Advanced". If you switch that to "Advanced" you will then see the option on the Insert menu on the left to add a PayPal button to your campaign when editing a block. Once you have the Advanced editing turned on you will be able to insert a PayPal button anywhere in your campaign.
