My client has reported that each time he receives a draft of his email, it goes into his junk folder. He's added my business, KeyWord Communications, to his address book. This is worrisome, because it suggests that other recipients, who have all opted in to receive emails from me, will have the same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Unfortunately most other methods of fixing this are on the end of the receiver as it's their client pushing the email to Junk. If they are willing to Whitelist Constant Contact this would resolve it. Here's an article with more on this process!
