I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with ProPay. We are happy to take a look at the account, can you please email social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the campaign that you are having trouble with, a reference to this post and any other information you have. We will be happy to assist you with this.
It's obvious that Constant Contact does not and has not invested in this product or the integration with third party payment processors. I am experiencing several issues with payments and registrations with little to no response from CC. I am looking into switching to PayPal, but long term looking for another platform for our event registrations.

In fact I did want to make you aware our event campaigns do already connect to PayPal as a payment method. However if you are using a different payment processors we would be happy to look into this further for you as well and assist as much as possible. We are looking at setting up a PayPal account now there are two service level options through PayPal (Payments Pro and Payments Standard). Does it matter which one we use?
As far as which Papal account to pursue as long as this is a PayPal business account either service level should be sufficient. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
