I apologize you are unable to upload contacts as easily as you should. How were you adding in your contacts? Were you typing in one contact, typing in/pasting multiple contacts, or uploading a file of contacts? Did you receive any error messages? Having these details can help us troubleshoot this further for you. I also would suggest testing your browser in a different browser or private/incognito window.
