My contact list is not showing up. I need to edit it. When I hit the contact button it brings me to the contact page but it has been blank for 20 minutes. I'm assuming it is not coming up as the rest of my internet is working fast.
Hello @ChrisD5245. I apologize that you are not able to view your contact list. This sounds like it may be a connectivity issue. Let me ask a few questions:
Have you tried accessing your contact list using either private or incognito window?
Have you tried accessing your contact list using a different browser?
What is your internet speed? For Constant Contact to work properly, we would need an upload and download speed of 2 mbp/s
