I apologize that the Contacts page is not loading for you. I have tested your account in a couple of browsers and was able to get the page to load. I would like to troubleshoot this with you further so that we can help to determine the cause of this issue. Can you respond with the following information please:
- What browser/version are you using? - Do you have another browser to test? Did using a different browser help? - Can you try optimizing your browser, then closing all browser windows and re-opening? - Are you seeing this in just this one section of your account or in multiple places (i.e. on the Reporting Tab or the Library Tab)? - If possible can you get a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Also, if you are willing to go over some troubleshooting steps over the phone please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with a reference to this post and answers to any of the questions above that you were able to test or try.
