I am sorry to hear the Contacts page is not loading when you try to access it. I was not able to replicate what you described and I can assure you that the contacts are still in your account. It sounds like there might be something going on with the browser you're using. I would:
2. Try another browser just to see if the issue replicates. If it does not, it at least points in the direction that something might be interfering with your preferred browser.
3. Make sure your Internet connection is at least 2 mbps upload/download.
