I'm sorry about that! Can I ask a few questions to better understand? Was it the Contacts page itself that was not loading? Or were you not able to upload new contacts to the account? Does using a different browser load the page for you? The site does require a good amount of upload and download speed and sometimes browser plugins or cookies and cache memory could affect the site. Please try a different browser or even log in through the same browser but in the private or incognito mode. See this article I found online with instructions for each browser type here.
