Your new and "improved" contact management REALLY sucks! It might look beautiful, but, it lacks functionality! You have to spend far too much time trying to figure out how to simply manage fields. What if I want to change the label of Company to Organization? Is there a way? It's not very apparent. The title and company fields look like banners at the top, not actual fields. PLEASE, FUNCTION over form! Your Art Department should not drive the back office functions. They should leave art to the email designs, not the list management. Looks like I'm back to Excel where I can actually manage my data. Thanks for your consideration. -Bill Mozer, a very disappointed long-time advocate of Constant Contact.
I am sorry to hear that your experience is unpleasant. We really appreciate your feedback on the contact management system. I will be sure to submit your feedback to the appropriate team for consideration.
The default contact fields in Constant Contact can not be changed; however, you are welcome to create custom fields for your contacts and they may be named with any label that you choose. For more information about how to create custom fields click here.
We are here to help if you have any further questions or concerns.
