I did not sign up for any additional programs and you have been billing me $45.00 and then $70.00 for months. I did not catch this because I have been traveling and my assistant has been paying the bills. I expect an explanation and a refund for the past months. my bill should be $40.00. Please call me to discuss and settle this. Andrea
