Going nuts for an hour trying to include additional fields as well as my custom fields ( that took me an hour to find where you moved them) in my sign up form.
Can someone tell me how to add fields to the new sign up forms please?
edit: I want to add the State entry.

Hi Tony,
I apologize for the frustration. Any custom fields you have created in My Settings > Manage My Custom Fields will be available. When you are editing your form click the "Contact Fields" button at the left hand side and select your field from the list shown.

I want to use State and don't see that.
You will see that it is provided for you, so in this case you wouldn't need to change a custom field on your own. Are you not able to see this menu?
During the "creation of a sign up form" I do NOT see that .

You are correct, actually when in the signup form creation, State is not provided unless you add it as Custom Field 5 at this point, in your Settings/Manage Custom Fields section as you had earlier with your other fields. Then, back at the form creation, you would be able to click 'Additional Fields..." and add in that 3rd field as an option for your clients to choose when signing up.
