You really need a way for clients to edit their custom footers. All I need is one word capitalized and I have spent 30 minutes on the phone this morning and now I am told it will be up to 24 hours. All I need changed is one word that has a lower case letter to now be capital and it takes forever. I could have done this in minutes.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your custom footer. I can completely understand why your want to be able to edit this footer yourself. You are correct, changes to your email footer does have to be made by a member of our support team. This is procedure is due to the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act). Changes to a footer can only be made by support to ensure our customers’ emails are still in compliance with these laws. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! However after taking a peek at your account, I can see your footer has been updated.
