I am finding Constant Contact Customer Service to be TERRIBLE! I have tried for 2 days ot contact by phone. The link to CHAT is not working. My bill last month was doubled for no reason and I can't get anyone ot answer. I have a account. May just switch it all over.

I do see that you reached out to us on Twitter yesterday and we asked a member of our Billing team to reach out to you at the phone number you provided to us to speak with you about your bill.
