I am finding Constant Contact Customer Service to be TERRIBLE! I have tried for 2 days ot contact by phone. The link to CHAT is not working. My bill last month was doubled for no reason and I can't get anyone ot answer. I have a  account. May just switch it all over.

Hello @Pat-Layton. I apologize for the experience you've had trying to get in touch with us. I do see that you reached out to us on Twitter yesterday and we asked a member of our Billing team to reach out to you at the phone number you provided to us to speak with you about your bill. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.
