Customer not receiving newsletter

I have a customer not receiving newsletter unless I send him a copy personally from my e-mail. I don't know how to fix it. His e-mail is correct in our contacts and obviously he receives our e-mails.

Hi @ToddA166

I am sorry to hear this is happening--is the contact bouncing when you send though Constant Contact? If so, this will give some detail into what the problem is.

 

If not, can you email us the address in question so we can take a look?
