To delete your bounced email addresses under reporting, you will have to click on the "Export All" option, save that file to your computer, upload the file back into Constant Contact, and then delete the contacts. Please reach back out to us with anymore questions or concerns!
This is quite possibly the most absurd process ever suggested - why should I have to export and upload a list of inactive addresses? There isnt a "check all" box anymore that makes the delete process take 10-seconds???

Hi ZoeH - thanks for the personal reply. The "delete all" was a feature that existed until a few weeks ago - I used it regularly, as in after every blast. Seriously, this is a major inconvenience that makes a quick and simple process more complex than it needs to be. Maybe the engineers have a reason to remove this feature, but in the spirit of easy list hygiene I urge the team to re-consider.
