I need to delete the account owner and replace with please delete from the account and all communications. Also please email me when it is time to prepay. We cannot pay monthly due to organizational policies.
Hello @UICPsychology. For the security of your account, I have removed your account owners name and email address. We are not able to update this information for you but I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to make these changes yourself. You can transfer account ownership if you are logged in as the account owner and you can also remove verified account emails as long as they are not set as the Contact email or the Billing email. The Billing email on file will be notified when the prepayment funds are running low.
