Difficulty changing password

I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to change my password but each time the site says it is sending me an email to my contact email I receive nothing. I think your site has not been able to update me email address either. Therefore I cannot ever receive any correspondence from you. It is for me a very big fault in the service. I live in Ireland so trying to ring you is not easy or often impossible. So asap I need to update my email address and password. Please help. Caitriona

I'm so sorry you've been having issues getting your password reset! It does look like we need to update a few personal settings on your account. Unfortunately, that does require a call into our Support line, due to account security. I apologize deeply, but we are available any time between 8AM and 8PM EST to take your call.
