Thanks for reaching out with your questions on opt outs! Constant Contact, whenever a person clicks the SafeUnsubscribe link, will put opt out email addresses into the Unsubscribed state. You will not be able to send to those contacts. Here is an FAQ on opt out emails! Bounced emails, however, we do not automatically get rid of. You might want to consider cleaning out your bounced emails. If you go to the Reporting page, and click on the bounce number for your campaign, you can easily remove those contacts that have been bouncing for a long time.
