Hi there, Recently there has been a double billing to the account holder: Mr Daniel Boey(). In May, there was a transaction on both; May I know,why there were double billings for this account? Kindly acknowledge this email and reply to in regards to this query. Thank you Regards, Vino
I can understand how important the billing on your account is. In fact I have taken a deep look into the information you have provided and can confirm these are not duplicate charges. Instead they are charges on two separate accounts under your name. If you have any further questions, we ask that you please call into our Billing Support. I apologize we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community.
