Download/Save All Campaigns

We need to download all of our campaigns and archive them locally. What is the best way to do this?

Thank you for bringing your question to our community! You can download your email by clicking the name of your email, then Actions > Download. This will allow you to save the email as a PDF or image. More information about downloading your emails can be found in this article.

We have several hundred campaigns that we would like to download and archive locally. Is there a way to do this as a batch process, or would I need to select each individual email and save it as a download several hundred times? In other words, is there a "select all" option for this?

That's a great question! I can completely understand how helpful it would be to download multiple email campaigns at once. The ability to download campaigns in bulk is not currently a feature we offer. I have however tracked your feedback for this feature in your account. In the meantime, you would have to download your emails campaigns on at a time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We were also looking for this capability as a way to archive emails for the future on our server. Please do introduce this feature.

This would seem like an obvious and easy exporting feature. I'm surprised it's not offered as an option.
