Several times recently, I have had Eblasts scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, and they have gone out at a time they were not scheduled for. For example, this morning, I had an EBlast scheduled for 1 PM that went out at 9AM this morning, at the SAME time as another EBlast. This is the third or fourth time this has happened in the last few months, and I would be interested in knowing what the problem is???

So we can look into this further, please email social_support(at)constantcontact(dot) your username, the title of the email campaigns that sent out at the wrong time, what time they were scheduled for and what time they actually sent out, and what email client you are using to receive these email campaigns in.
