Is there an easy way to archive the emails being sent out from an Event, similar to the way you offer the Newsletter archives? Our newsletters and events work in tandem...so my newsletters are sent out from the event portal, instead of creating an a event and a separate newsletter email... Creating the two separate items causes trouble since I need to follow-up with non-responders differently than those registered , and that functionality doesn't exist if the email isn't created inside an event. I have found a work around where I use the "view this email in a webpage" link on my archive page, but I am afraid it's not going to last long, since the event emails aren't legitimately archived in your system (as far as I can tell). Plus, it's not terribly easy to track down that link all the time.
Thank you for reaching out with your question about archiving event emails. Currently, there is not a way to archive emails within an event. However, your workaround of using the web version does seem like it will work, but as you mentioned, it is sometimes hard to find that link.
Another option might be to create a new list out of the non-responders, and send an email newsletter not within the event itself. This way, you will be able to archive that newsletter, as well as get the permanent link for it.
