Email Lists not showing as option on website

Hi there I'm having trouble getting my email lists to show on our website. Currently the 'Patterson Medical' list shows but the others don't. See link https://www.pattersonmedical.co.uk/Newsletter/Subscribe How do I manage this within CC? Thanks Alastair.

Make sure you have them selected to be exported into your form.
