For some reason if we forward a campaign from our inbox to another person, the background pattern or image extends into the forwarding message -- it doesn't just stay in the original email.

I am experiencing the same problem, on every campaign with just about every reply... I sent an email to support with additional examples.

This is a common problem with many users, but I don't see where a solution has ever been provided. Please guide me to it if there is one. I am having the same issue the pattern in the background is very bold and busy and I can't see the text behind it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to fully control the display of a forwarded email or replies as these emails are no longer being sent from our product. We are still investigating the issue and it does take time as there are many various email clients these could be sent from. Could you email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information?
1. Username of your Constant Contact Account.
2. Name of the email campaign you are seeing this in.
3. Email Client that you are using to forward
4. Screenshot of what you are seeing in the email client
