Am I to understand that our newsletter campaigns will no longer be able to be posted simultaneously on Facebook and Twitter ? If so, why? Are you reducing your price? If not, why not? I may have to use a different service that will combine with social media, if CC will no longer do so.
I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused, and there may have been a bit of confusion there. We still offer social share, it is accessible on the reporting page for a particular campaign. It is approximately halfway down the reporting page on a newsletter or other campaign. Here is a screenshot that may help:
