I am sorry to hear that this email is no longer going out when folks signup. I have taken a look at your account and it appears that your welcome email is currently inactive. This should be a very simple fix! Click Here for an article that goes over activating your welcome email. Once it is reactivated, those emails should go out again once someone signs up for your mailing list on an online form.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it was active when it wasn't working. I just deactivated it. The webform itself had vanished off my account. I fixed the problem by using a different platform to host my webform and autoresponder. Just a couple more things to transfer, and I can eliminate constant contact from my tools altogether.
I apologize that you were unable to find that form within your account. Depending on when it was created you may find it by clicking on "Signup Forms" then click "Landing Pages and More" on the bottom side of that page. Here you will find the default signup form and any other older form you may have created.
